I had Lasik surgery 3 months ago and love the way it turned out! I see great and no contacts in the morning or evening is the probably the best part! Glad I did it and probably should not have waited so long.
It's now 5pm, I had surgery at 9am. I can see without my glasses! I tried them on and saw worse with them after surgery than I did wearing them before surgery. This is awesome! The staff there is very welcoming, calm, almost like home. I received an email from the lasik vision institute. I researched alot of websites before contacting them. Overall a very good experience. Procedure went well and I'm seeing great. My only complaint is every visit I've had a different doctor. Same staff and nurses so that helped ease that a bit but I just wish I could have one consistent doctor.
The surgery went great. The surgeon was very knowledgeable, and I had no complications following PRK surgery. My vision is amazing!!! However, the wait time at this place is ridiculous. On my first visit, I was stuck waiting in the tv room for 30-45 minutes because they forgot about me. On my surgery day, I was told to be here at 9:15am, and after waiting in the lobby without seeing someone for almost three hours, I finally got my surgery around 1pm. I had my PRK procedure done here 2 months ago. The doctors and staff here were amazing! All were friendly, accommodating, professional and helpful. I followed my post op instructions and had no complications with recovery. I am very pleased with my results. Best investment ever! And I love my new eyes! Thank you so much LVI!
I had a fantastic experience with LVI. During my initial consultation, they walked me through the steps of the procedure, answered questions truthfully and helpfully, and told me they would be my "cheerleaders" throughout the long recovery process. I felt completely comfortable with what could be an intensely frightening experience. You need to have kind and warm people helping you through something like this, so the LVI staff is exactly what you want. All of the employees were super patient and professional. But we're still able to smile and joke so that I wasn't nervous. The facility was warm and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience
