I have either worn glasses or contacts since I was 13. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. LVI made everything so easy.. from the financing, surgery, to the follow appointments. Everyone is so nice. Everything has went so well. I had the PRK procedure and was seeing way beyond expected the first week.
Everyone at LVI was very nice and friendly. I did feel as if it was a sales pitch sometimes, which I get, as it's an elective surgery so it kind of is, but since it's your eyes, it's still really scary! My contact prescription was a -6 prior to have surgery. I had the PRK procedure done in both eyes. I was very nervous to do the surgery as I have had dry eyes from wearing contacts all day and have heard dry eyes are a result of PRK/LASIK. My eyes were so bad, well past the legally blind level. The doctors weren't sure they could get me to 20/20, but I wanted to try anyways. (had to be better then what my vision was) I was told the normal time for the lasor on each eye was 8 to 10 secs, my eyes were so bad that one eye was 28 seconds and the other was 23, also had to have PRK. I am so happy to say that before my 3 month check up I was already 20/20. The staff there are all very nice, I recommend this place, I'm so happy I had it done.

I visited this office for the first time about a month and a half ago. I was given a free exam to see if I'd even qualify for the procedure and when I moved forward with a procedure known as PRK, the staff went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and provided paperwork that came home with me that reminded me of what to expect during the healing process. Really nice people who definitely know what they’re doing! One day post op with 20/15 vision! Incredible! Highly recommended.
I walked in with a VERY high prescription and was worried about the procedure, but wasn't nervous because of the great care at LVI. Went in for my 1 month checkup and found out im 20/10! Unreal results and good people. Couldn't have asked for more!
