Love this place Location is great and the staff is amazing. I truly appreciate the attention that the manager Cody gives to us residents and makes us feel like we are more then just a rent check. He knows the residents and I enjoy coming into the office seeing friendly faces. I had a death in the family and Cody actually brought me flowers and a card expressing his sympathy. A true personal touch - thank you Cody for everything you do

All of the balconies are painted, all of the trim is painted, the parking lot is painted, the landscaping is kept, and the dumpster hasn't been overflowing. There are no signs of bugs or pests. These are old apartments that have been well reinvested in it looks like
