Verified Renter Don't move here unless you are a handy man yourself and like to spend money on things and never get reimbursed, you like to see trash float in your yard from your neighbors, you like roaches, and you love calling leasing offices for your packages, questions, and maintenance and never hearing back. The price is okay but the building is old and not kept up. Lots of police activity over here so be prepared if you have kids. And expect minimal with appliances and accommodations.

Verified Renter Poor care of the tenants and apartment quality is sub-par. I still have issues with my dishwasher and ongoing issues with my air conditioner leaking and ruining the floors in the bathroom.
