I would give 0/5 stars if I could I lived here for 2 years simply because it was close to Plano Senior High School. If it wasn't for the school, my family and I would not have moved here. At first management is nice to you but after a few weeks they start ignoring you. We had a problem with insects (many different kinds) the whole time we lived there (2 years). The pest control guy would come but it would rarely work. Furthermore, there was an area underneath one of the windows that was broken. Because of this, even more ins... read more
Keep driving For being in Plano, the rents not bad but you get what you pay for. I've had rat problems and roach problems. When I first had rat problems, the office refused to do anything about it. They kept giving me the run around. Once I knew that the office wasn't going to do anything, I talked with one of their repair guys who felt sorry for me and fixed the problem. The parking lot is a mess and people don't dispose of their trash (beer cans, wrappers, etc) properly. Office staff honestly doesn't know what they are doi... read more
This place sucks dont come here This place is a rip off.Roach coach inflation rent they tax you big time rent is suppose to be 965 when there finish adding all kind of taxes an fee its 1200 the air does not work in daytime you pay for them to dump trash and trash cans are allways overflowing with trash the staff is very rude your going to want to slap the taste out of someones mouth the washers and dryers dont work just steal your money they never spray never a parking spot they will tow your vehicle away in a blank of a eye... read more
