Verified Renter Very quiet community which I appreciate. I love being on the top floor and love my little apartment. The cosmetics aren’t bad unless you look closely, then you see some imperfections. This includes the base boards being painted over what looks like 100 times, small paint splotches on the floor and counter, paint on the balcony, and wood needing replaced on the balcony ceiling. Verified Renter The lennox is very nice and mostly peaceful complex. The property manager and receptionist and maintenance are a little slow at coming out to check on problem's. But when they do they 9/10 always can find a solution. Very accommodating location next to tons of food spots and other complex. Overall I would recommend the Lennox to anyone just moving out and looking for affordable yet quality apartments
