Verified Renter The property manager doesn't have concerns for the people who live here. She doesn't enforce the staff to clean or fix things. You have to always request for the property to get trash removed from the grounds.

Verified Renter I would advise that you do NOT move here!! I have had so many problems. Hmmm they even make it hard to leave a review. And you can’t even talk to the manager, Janice. She will say anything to avoid the situation and does not answer questions.

Verified Renter I have to continuously remind the front office to have all maintenance workers wear shoe covers when coming to my apartment. I have to report trash and damages around my unit instead of them walking the property to inspect themselves. There is no urgency to fix, clean or inspect anything on the property.

Verified Renter I'm waiting on my carpets to be shampooed as promised. When I signed my lease, I was told and promised that my carpets would be shampooed by the management. It has not been done. I've been asking for it every month when I pay my rent.

She makes excuses for the maintenance and office team members as if it's ok for them to consistently make mistakes. No ownership at all. Please don't move here Please don't move here save your money, the past few months it's starting to become the hood they have been letting any and everybody move in. People smoking weed, loud music etc , rent steady going up for what, gate hasn't worked in over a 2 years or longer. They hardly fix anything and when they do it's not professional

Dont move here I have had a water leak for going on over a month this time. The last time was a about two or three months ago. This time it has been over a month and still walking around on wet floors. I have called the office plenty of times and have went inside and they just keep saying be patient. And after a little over a year the front gate finially works put they still have not put my number in the system so i still can't use the gate i have only told them 5 times its not working they just KEEP saying sorry where going... read more
Terrible My car has been broken into once and towed twice. The apartment ceiling leaks and a/c save your money and dont come here
