If the office staff is zapped out and replaced, you've got the perfect complex It's a beautiful complex, beautiful apartments, just beautiful. And the amenities are great. But, my goodness, the office staff. They are the worst. You can try to get a hold of them for hours, no one ever picks up the phone. They are so lazy. They only pick when there is a prospective renter and they don't want to discourage them. Worse apartment ever This is by far the worse property I ever lived at. They just want people to move in. The actual apartments look nothing like the model. Management is rude and constantly changing. Nothing is done or if it is it is halfway done. There are also a lot of foundation issues
Worst Managers ever! Nothing gets done on a timely manner. They are unprofessional and unorganized. They never call you back and they rarely answer their phone. Prices are good and upgrades are pretty but this application process is stressful and a headache.
