horrible living here Please be very careful, living here in these apartments is a bad decision. Please listen. Management has a business with Houston TOW AWAY. because cars can only be registered during office hours. NO online They take your towing car..this happens every day it's not fair. stay away from these apartments please.Neither your family nor friends can park, because they take the cars if the office is closed.. why??? just because they have a business.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! This place is horrible! My neighbor's dog always has a bunch of poop and trash EVERYWHERE in the hallways. Imagine walking outside and you immediately step on poop right outside of your door. Dog poop everywhere!! I told the office several times and they either don't answer their phones or do nothing about it. This place is disgustinggggg. They never answer requests The phone never gets answered here. I don’t understand how because there is always someone in the office. You literally will have to walk up to the office to get someone’s attention because they will not answer..

Stolen truck My truck got stolen in front of my apartment parking lot today. Made a police report and office management couldn’t show me the video because they need the manager. Don’t believe that is true. They never answer the phone. I’m Scared to live here. They don’t have security either. Rent went up so high and everything is outdated. Full of cockroaches. Please don’t come here.
Water is shut off at least once If I can give this apartment a zero I would. Water is shut off at least once a month with no explanation and all you get is a sorry for the inconvenience. This apartment is terrible, I currently live in Phase 2 and I promise you do not move here

Run far far away! When I first moved into these apts I had roaches extremely bad, I had a 3 month old baby and had to keep all of her bottles and formula wrapped up right so that roaches would not get into it, the apts didn’t care, I had to call pest control myself to try and fix the problem as well as get pest spray from Home Depot across the street, my car and my apt was broken into and the apts did not care nor did they try to fix the situation, move me u it’s or let me out of my lease, they never even fixed my door when ... read more
Do not be deceived by the smiles and nice exterior Staff is unreliable and there is a huge lack of communication that will cause you an inconvenience and they will do the minimum just to get you to shut up! It’s a rip off and major disappointment. Go look elsewhere, I wish I had!

Water-boarding The biggest issue with this complex is their policy on utilities. They offer no credible explanation for why the water & sewage bill is consistently over $120 per month!!! Let that sink in. One-hundred, twenty!!! That's insane! No other place charges remotely that much. No way the water should cost more than the electric. I have researched 70 places.
