Verified Renter They are busy trying to get new customers……….. But after you become a customer it’s hard to communicate with people working at the office. They charge management every 6 months or so

Verified Renter Too many evil,spiteful, mentally ill, miserable, drug addicts, Loitering, thieving, trashy, stalking beings in these living spaces, unsafe and no penalties enforced to control a roach! Fake photos They are not showing the mailbox being ripped from the wall and refuse to fix. They are not showing the entrance gate broken so anyone can come in and break into your place. They are not showing how they forced you to pay $40 a month for trash collection when the trash collectors refuse to pick up your trash. They are not showing how the walkways and stairways are so dirty and they rarely pressure wash those areas. They send you weekly emails about keeping your apartment up to standards but they do a terrible job... read more

Verified Renter I was lied to when going over the apartment application and while viewing apartment model unit. Never was I told my unit would come with black kitchen cabinets, and to top it off they were chipped. The restroom came with black cabinets as well which was all a surprise because I was in the assumption that it was going to be similar to the model unit. Verified Renter Very nice and comfy apartments I would just stop the valet trash, there are ppl that are nasty and leaves their trash outside their door for days letting it leak and it smells like garbage when you walk up or down the stairs

Please read this in entirety. Reconsider living here... PLEASE If I could give this place a negative amount of stars, I would. Zero stars wouldn't suffice. At the start of my lease in June of 2023, I had an amazing experience. This was my first apartment. Every month, something would deter that experience. Verified Renter Horrible. Not happy move in. & office does not respond to emails or calls. Only 1 pool open by the leasing office. Other pool is closed & dirty which should be clean & open as the apartment complex is huge & 1 pool is not enough - it does get full.
