RecommendedI came from WestEdge over to Lookout. I hated WestEdge. The lack of control (3am fire alarms being pulled) and the crime I’ve personally seen happen at West Edge was a few of the things that made it a madhouse there. At the Lookout, it’s so much better. It’s quiet, the staff are super friendly and will help you with anything, and the area is fantastic (right on campus). It may be more expensive but it’s so worth it for a peace of mind and having a decent area to live at.

RecommendedThe Lookout is a very nice complex. I have lived here for 6 months now, and have already renewed my lease for next year. The staff is excellent, as they are always positive, helpful, and accommodating. If you are a student attending UCCS, the location is impossible to beat for an "off campus" apartment. I walk or bike every where I need to be. Lastly, the rooms are of high quality. They are fully furnished and everything is practically brand new. The lookout on Cragmor is a great apartment complex!The people in the front office care about you and know your name as well as the maintenance guy. They are very helpful and they care about their residence. I am so happy I found the lookout! On a rating 1 to 10 I would give the lookout an 11. It is a great place and I recommend it for anyone who is looking for off-campus apartments by UCCS.
