RecommendedI lived here since January 2018 and am staying till December this year. The biggest selling point for me was the furnished apartments and walking distance to UCCS.

Mr. Hegg, I am sorry if there was any confusion, but I would be happy to share all of the utility bills with you. They each state the billing start and end date for each billing cycle. If you remember, your son did not receive a utility bill until October after moving in mid-August. That bill was due November 1. Again, I would be happy to share any billing information pertaining to your son's account.
