RecommendedIf you’re looking for a nice apartment for your student attending UCCS I highly recommend The Lookout on Cragmore my daughter lived there for two years and we have been very happy. The staff is accommodating and easy to contact with any issues.
Nicole does a great job managing the apartments. It’s been nothing but a good experience with the staff and how well kept the building is.

I love The Lookout on Cragmor! Everyone at the Leasing Office is super nice & coo! This is the perfect location for going to class & work. Also the view is amazing! I have already renewed my lease for next year :)
My son like it, has a great view. Very nice apartment with new appliances. He has a view of pike peak. Easy commute to his classes, closer to his classes than the dorm would have been.
As a college student, finding a good deal when it comes to spending money is very important. The Lookout on Cragmor is a more affordable alternative to living on campus especially when considering the added cost of the meal plan. Additionally, the “master suite” design is really nice when living with roommates. Throughout the application process, Nicole and Ryan were both very helpful and friendly. I've been living in The Lookout since August and have been wonderfully surprised as to how well the maintenance staff is when repairing issues and how friendly the office is. This is a phenomenal place for students to live and I would highly recommend this place if you're interested in living by UCCS. You don't have to pay for parking with the college and there is always spots open in the parking lot with the apartment.
