I scheduled an appointment after accidentally chipping my tooth a few weeks before my wedding and they were able to take me in the day after. I was very thankful of their flexibility with appointments as I've gone to some other dental clinics where they need at least a month's notice. I saw Dr. Irina V. Perfect name for a perfect group of people. I have been with this practice for several years. From reception (Jamie) to hygienist (JoAnn) to Dr Frericks to Dr Schwarz, they are all true professionals. I feel very comfortable coming to all of them for the best dentistry on Michigan Avenue.
I've been going to the Magnificent Smile for over 25 years and have had great care always. I more specifically have had Joanne as my hygienist for the last 20 years. She is very patient and thorough and with her encouragement I started flossing regularly and using an electric toothbrush. My visits with her are now a breeze - - I'm so happy! I absolutely love coming to this place and I don't think many people can say that about seeing a dentist. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Jamie who works the front is always super friendly and on top of everything. Dr. Irina Ganzman is incredible! She will make you feel comfortable about your visit and make all your dental visit anxiety go away. I've recently seen her for a yearly checkup and to get fitted for a night guard. I'm very happy with the visit and will be back again soon.
I chipped one of my molars and needed a crown put in. Dr. Irina Ganzman was very personable and detail oriented. I have never had such a great experience at the dentist! I didn't even feel the numbing needle that she used which is what I dread the most. I would definitely recommend her to anyone she is a great dentist and made me feel at ease.

I've been going here for over ten years. Karen is the best dental hygienist in Chicago, maybe anywhere. I had a mild phobia of the dentist before I started coming here and now I actually look forward to seeing her every six months. Everyone here is friendly and professional, from the ladies at the front desk to the dentists themselves, but Karen is a star.

I have been going to here for over 10 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience or long wait time. The staff members are always on their game and polite. Dr. Swartz is my dr. And who I routinely see. She is a great dr and very good at what she does. The entire office makes you feel welcome.
