I am new to Mag Smile and could not be happier with the level of service I received. The staff was very professional, friendly and on time! Dr. Ganzman is incredible! I had a loose abutment on a crown which was difficult to repair considering the original crown was done more than a decade ago. Dr. Ganzman and her assistant worked diligently to repair my tooth and were able to completely restore it without the need for a new crown. I will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Ganzman and plan to bring my kids there as well.

My partner had his veneers done by Dr. Schwarz over 25 years ago. They are still perfect. When we moved to Chicago over 7 years ago it was great that we did not have to go looking for a dentist. I went for a few years and then made the mistake of going to another dentist - I work from home and wanted to be able to walk to the dentist. Big mistake. I think the new dentist saw the $$$ signs. I don't normally write reviews but I had a great experience with this practice and Dr. Ganzman!! I chipped a tooth over the weekend and went to my normal dentist Tuesday morning and they were unable to do anything to repair the tooth and said I needed to be referred to a specialist for a root canal, crown or gum surgery due to the chip being close to my gum line. There are good dentists and then there are people who were born to do this. I never considered that dentistry can be an art form until I was treated by Dr. Irina Ganzman at The Magnificent Smile. Dr. Ganzman was friendly, courteous, polite and so easy to talk to. That was only the beginning. I came in for a routine exam and cleaning. After x rays, it turned out that I had a broken tooth. I scheduled an appointment after accidentally chipping my tooth a few weeks before my wedding and they were able to take me in the day after. I was very thankful of their flexibility with appointments as I've gone to some other dental clinics where they need at least a month's notice. I saw Dr. Irina V. Perfect name for a perfect group of people. I have been with this practice for several years. From reception (Jamie) to hygienist (JoAnn) to Dr Frericks to Dr Schwarz, they are all true professionals. I feel very comfortable coming to all of them for the best dentistry on Michigan Avenue.

I've been going to the Magnificent Smile for over 25 years and have had great care always. I more specifically have had Joanne as my hygienist for the last 20 years. She is very patient and thorough and with her encouragement I started flossing regularly and using an electric toothbrush. My visits with her are now a breeze - - I'm so happy! I absolutely love coming to this place and I don't think many people can say that about seeing a dentist. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Jamie who works the front is always super friendly and on top of everything. Dr. Irina Ganzman is incredible! She will make you feel comfortable about your visit and make all your dental visit anxiety go away. I've recently seen her for a yearly checkup and to get fitted for a night guard. I'm very happy with the visit and will be back again soon.

I chipped one of my molars and needed a crown put in. Dr. Irina Ganzman was very personable and detail oriented. I have never had such a great experience at the dentist! I didn't even feel the numbing needle that she used which is what I dread the most. I would definitely recommend her to anyone she is a great dentist and made me feel at ease.
