I have spent the last year dealing with the most annoying/painful dental issues and Dr. Schwarz has been amazing. She understands how difficult it has been and does everything she can to make it easier. For someone who spends a lot more time at the dentist than the average person... I give her 5 stars!

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Frericks. I was having tooth pain, and went to him because of a referral from a co-worker. It was as wonderful as well, as, well going to a dentist can be. They x-rayed my tooth, applied sealant, and had me on my way within one hour. It was great! Very professional, down to earth, courteous. Dr. Frericks explained exactly what he was doing in great deal during my appointment. I booked a follow up appointment, and intend to use him as my dentist from this point forward. Leigh Ann

If you go here for the first time make sure that you follow up several times that they got your old dental records. I did this a received confirmation; however, I just got a bill and in the past everything has been covered by my insurance. I called and asked why I was being charge the receptionist was extremely rude and no help. So I called my insurance and they told me it was because they took X-rays in less than a year time. I had a filling done by Dr. Schwarz. The filling chipped. I made an appointment to have her look at it, where in a bit of rush/huff (in the 3 visits I saw her, she always seemed to have her eyes on the clock or one foot out the door, literally, seemed very much overbooked but could have just been limited to the few times I was there), she told me it was not chipped (it was, I went to another dentist who took pictures to show me how obviously chipped it was), she told me my teeth may have moved and she could fix/fill it for a... read more

I was new in town and needed a dentist. Someone told me to go here - just for a cleaning. I walk into the room, the hygienist looks terrible - ill. So I get in the chair, she puts on the gloves, leans me back - then starts coughing into the glove, nose is running, she wipes he nose with the same glove, then starts reaching for my mouth with the same gloves... I do not recommend this dentist at all. The only reason I went to him was because I was in pain, and a co-worker said he accepted the company's insurance. I went to the office with a toothache. He barely even looked in my mouth, said I needed to take better care of my teeth, and that I should come back for a cleaning when there was an opening in the schedule.
