Came into the mattress factory store in exton last weekend expecting more of the same high pressure sales/low quality products we got at other stores. So glad to be proven wrong here. Steven was excellent! We let him know what we wanted and our budget and he gave us a few options based on that. Great customer service, genuine not at all forced. This is the third time I have purchased from Mattress Factory. Dwight was so helpful in helping us decide on a mattress. Never did I feel pressured to buy something that I didn’t love or couldn’t afford. All the while he helped to manage my 8 year old son who wanted to try every bed in the store!
