This is the third time I have purchased from Mattress Factory. Dwight was so helpful in helping us decide on a mattress. Never did I feel pressured to buy something that I didn’t love or couldn’t afford. All the while he helped to manage my 8 year old son who wanted to try every bed in the store!
Steven, (or Steve) our sales associate went above & beyond to help us find the best mattress according to our needs. When my husband and I walked in the store, we didn’t plan on buying, but Steven was very knowledgeable, patient, professional and friendly & He let us take our time to try every mattress we were interested in and patiently explained their pros/cons according to our needs & we needed our purchasing in the first visit.
