Fantastic experience!!! I bought a mattress for my son a few years ago and came back today to buy another one because I had such a fabulous experience. I can't say enough good things about Wesley and Len. They know the products inside and out and helped us choose a mattress for our son that was comfortable and affordable. The mattress is so wonderful that my husband and I are jealous! This time, I didn't need to shop around......I just went right to Mattress Factory. Their service and their products are superior.
Len the salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He asked us what we were looking for, showed us a number of options and left us alone to see what we thought of them. There was no pressure, no attempt to get us to but a more expensive bed set. When we made our decision, the process was very efficient and pleasant. This is the second time we have bought from this company and would highly recommend it.
I appreciate the kindness and quick transaction for our bed, particularly offering to tie it on my car even though its small car. We now save any delivery fee
