Len the salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He asked us what we were looking for, showed us a number of options and left us alone to see what we thought of them. There was no pressure, no attempt to get us to but a more expensive bed set. When we made our decision, the process was very efficient and pleasant. This is the second time we have bought from this company and would highly recommend it.
