The day was great I needed a bed and that is exactly what I got. I came across genuine,efficient and very caring employees who got the job done for us. The employee I dealt directly with, Len Schiavo was more than helpful he knew his job well showed us beautiful beds and it didn't take all day. I was very impressed with the service I mean a plus and len Schiavo was someone I would come back to and do business again and I plan on passing the word to family and friends. We came back a second time because we changed our mind. Len was very helpful in clarifying the differences between brands and bed compositions. Ken continued to answer all our questions and explain the differences and similarities between the brands.
Len was very helpful. He was patient when we kept changing our mind. Didn’t rush us when we came in at end of day. (Springfield, pa location). Gave us options to choose from. We shopped with ease.
