Mattress Factory is the best place to buy a mattress, no question. I had a complicated situation as my husband had suffered a stroke in April and we were in need of a mattress that was not only comfortable but also needed an adjustable base to help him get in and out of bed more independently. The sales associate was very attentive and patient. He took the time to ask us exactly what we were looking for in the purchase of a mattress. I told him the price range I was interested in and described comfort level. He listened and pointed us to a mattress in my price range. Me and my son eventually landed on one that we felt he would like long term. We were in and out in no time - no hassle. My son enjoys his new mattress!
A great experience. Walked in and told them my price range and what I was looking for. The gentlemen showed me a few options and helped educate me on what mattress had the better benefits. In total, it took maybe 45 minutes max to complete my purchase and schedule a delivery. I’d recommend this low pressure sales store any day. Will be buying future bed sets from here.

Prior to stopping at Mattress Factory, we went to a competitor's store. Their sales rep immediately showed us two of their high end mattress lines. The differences in sales technique was vast. Ron at Mattress Factory spent time getting to know us to understand our needs. He was pleasant and very professional, taking the time to explain the features and benefits of different mattresses and encouraged us to try them out. We were extremely satisfied with the level of attention and service we received.
