Overall experience was excellent. The salesman that helped us was very knowledgeable, and answered any and all questions. He was also very hands-off and allowed us to try mattresses at our own pace without being pushy. Would very much recommend this mattress store

I went to Mattress Factory on two seperate occasions- once to start looking at mattresses and came back after going to other stores to purchase at Mattress Factory. Both of my experiences were very positive. I dealt with Andrew and Mark and both of these gentlemen were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They gave me a plethora of information while not making me feel pressured to buy a certain mattress. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to check this place out!
