My husband and I visited The Mattress Factory, with no real plan in mind, We were greeted by Kevin, who was most helpful. He asked all the right questions, as did we, and in the end we purchased a wonderful mattress adjustable bed frame. My husband and I received excellent service. This is our second time purchasing from Mattess Factory and we returned because of the positive experience we had previously; we also felt confident in their selection.The salesperson was attentive and knowledgeable but without the sales pressure.
