I went to one place before going to mattress factory. I left that first store not satisfied and went to your store. Kevin was very helpful and patient with me and took all the time with me that I needed to find the right bed. I bought an adjustable frame and a firm mattress. I was really pleased that he took the time with me to find exactly what I was looking for. It is the second time I have bought a bed from there and I would recommend the store to anyone that want kind, courteous help to find the right bed for you.
