Mike Walker was great! He was patient and walked us through a half dozen mattresses.he made the selection process easy. My husband and I have different preferences and Mike helped us find a great mattress.

Such a great experience from start to finish! Mike was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in the store helping me pick out a new mattress. The two delivery men who came today were efficient, respectful, and kind. This was my second time getting a mattress from here and I highly recommend it!

Mike, at the Deptford location, was so helpful! He was polite, professional and thorough. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. I asked if the delivery men could call me when they were close to the assisted living facility where the bed was being delivered. Mike arranged that as well and the delivery went smoothly! I would shop Mattress Factory again and would recommend them because of him!
