What a wonderful experience!!!! Mark provided extremely professional customer service with no pressure to purchase. The knowledge of all products and assistance with the right mattress for me was on point.On time delivery. Quick set up. Removal of old mattress, couldn’t ask for more.
Mike was terrific. He listened to what we wanted and recommended choices that were well matched to our needs. He really knows the products well. Mike Walker is a wonderful salesman. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had this image in my head of a pushy mattress salesman before I walked in, but then we met Mike, and he was so personable! We fealt heard, and he really used his knowledge to help us find the best mattress in our budget. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.
He was very helpful. And pleasant.
Mike helped us find the perfect mattress. They cost was at least $1800 less then other locations! It was an easy process.
