Good experience at mattress factory. Alway dread going to mattress stores and car dealers. This time was different, Brad was very helpful without being pushy. Mattress arrived on time and at a competitive price. Had issue with box spring size, which was quickly and easily resolved by Brad

I have to say our sales man Brad was amazing I went in with my mother who is getting older and needed a good mattress he took the time to explain the difference in them and really worked with us Then he took the time to help me and I have some serious back problems he took the time To listen to my concerns even while the store was busy I truly believe he help me find the right mattress Very knowledgeable sales staff and fast delivery could not be more happy
