My experience at Mattress Factory was easy and headache free. I went to three other mattress retailers in the area and not only were they more expensive, but they constantly would try and upsell, ignore, or persist in luxary brand beds. Mattress Factory was the opposite, they listened to my budget, were not pushy or try to sell me the moon. Additionally, the associate made me feel extremely comfortable and I did not feel like I was being interrogated into a specific brand.
