My experience at Mattress Factory was easy and headache free. I went to three other mattress retailers in the area and not only were they more expensive, but they constantly would try and upsell, ignore, or persist in luxary brand beds. Mattress Factory was the opposite, they listened to my budget, were not pushy or try to sell me the moon. When we walked in, Erich approached us and was immediately friendly and helped us find the mattress that matched our needs. I highly recommend buying your mattress here! Erich was great. He listened to what we wanted and showed us several matresses that met our needs and was knowledgeable about the differences in mattresses and helped us make a decision with no pressure.
