We needed a new mattress and we went to the right store. Mark listened to what we had to say, asked a few questions and we tried several different types of mattresses. He explained the differences and we were able to find the right mattress for us. It was stress free. Their inventory was great and we were able to get our new mattress in a few days.

My experience at Mattress Factory was easy and headache free. I went to three other mattress retailers in the area and not only were they more expensive, but they constantly would try and upsell, ignore, or persist in luxary brand beds. Mattress Factory was the opposite, they listened to my budget, were not pushy or try to sell me the moon.
