It had been 20 years since we had bought or sold any real estate, and since the home we were selling was one that we had designed and built it was doubly tough. My wife and I are extremely happy with the care we received from Randy McCreith and Catherine Summers in the sale of our family home. Both Randy and Catherine are extremely personable, never talk down to you and always give you the feeling that they are looking out for you. Once our home was on the market, we started looking for our new home and we asked Catherine to help us with the process. We looked at homes from the coast through the Willamette Valley. Catherine really took care of us and was very patient with us throughout all of the homes we went to see. We never felt pressured for time or to make a decision. We finally found a new home and Catherine helped us every step of the way. We always had good, open communications and always received timely responses to our questions. Above and Beyond Expectations. Molly is a true Professional. She is truly what an agent would be in an ideal world. We could feel her desire to do a great job for us, and she did just that at every step of the way. Responsive to our needs, knowledgeable about the market, proactive at every phase. We felt comfortable having her in charge of the transaction because we could trust her. All the while, she was very approachable, kept us up to date on progress, and was very pleasant to work with.
