Amazing staff and community I’ve been here 2 months and everyone is so polite and helpful, the community is always clean and my unit is beautiful, nothing but good experiences so far!!

Best Kept Secret...SO glad I was able to move here! This property is Sublime! I love my spacious stainless steel kitchen, large garage, and the builder had a lady in mind when designing...the closets are all so large and elegant. They do it right here! Don't get me started on the gym. I quit my membership at Planet Fitness -The gym here has more than I use there. It's pool time soon and there are 2 great and very different pools. My Expectations were High. The Meadows Delivered!! My expectations were high based on their website. When I moved in this weekend, I was not Disappointed! SO clean, smelled SO good, I Love My New Home!! Management was great. Thanks So Much Ida and Roxanne for taking all the time with me. I must have been so difficult. But the result was, them making my life better and this process a breeze, despite hiccups! I Love My New Home!!
SO glad I moved here!! I work from home so the business center was a delightful surprise (I now have a chic waiting room for my customers, full elegant conference room, Wifi and new loaded computers/printers to use...I look so much more professional). The business center was a lifesaver when I had to wait on Cable guy too. I have been exhausted by the number of wild goose chases some of the apartment finders have sent me to. It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a mixture of families and many keep to themselves I believe events would allow residents to interact with each other in the community
One of the prettier properties in the area The apartment complex tries to maintain a clean look and nice environment overall. The other major thing is the floor plans are closer to being reasonably priced and have actual livable space. I cannot give it any more than 3 stars though, because they need to increase those efforts throughout their responsibilities. So HELPFUL ! The STAFF here is very kind and helpful. The office LADIES are wonderful! They really listen if you have a concern. The 2 senior Maintenance Managers are super helpful, friendly and very good at their job ! They come fast, listen to what you are needing and fix it ! That is so VALUABLE. Thank you!

Only real complaint... (Verified Renter) Only real complaint so far is parking. Dog poop is kind of everywhere but that's somewhat expected in a dog friendly apartment community, would be nice if grounds keeping took care of that (though the blame is really on the owners who don't pick up after their dogs). Also seems like grounds keeping doesn't actually mow all the lawn? They just did around the edges last time they were here and left the middle wide open.
