I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend based on community feel and quiet atmosphere however amenities are it or miss and parking is horrible most families have at least 2 vehicles and sometimes have visitors parking is extremely limited. It would be nice if they would purchase the land in front of the complex and extend parking.
Only things I'm... (Verified Renter) Only things I'm not impressed with so far are the trash situation (ton of trash all over the place near the dumpsters), the lack of parking, and the amount of dog poop around the campus. I'd expect people to be better about picking up after their dogs. Otherwise everything has been great so far!

lived there for... (Verified Renter) lived there for 5 years. Over the past two, the cleanliness and upkeep seem to have gone down hill a bit. And the pool, which used to always be open, was rarely open. The management did not deal w COVID very well long term. I had another apartment at the same time, in Austin, and that community figured out how to open both the pool, office and workout room as the rules allowed. Love it here It’s peaceful,kid friendly, and private. It’s like we are in our own neighborhood and I feel pretty safe. Love it

It is clean... (Verified Renter) It is clean and looks inviting and people always willing to greet you when they see you. Love having a garage. I think that was a big draw for me.
