We recently held our daughter's wedding and reception at Gabriel Springs Event Center. Everything was perfect. The venue was beautiful and the personnel was helpful and accommodating. Susan was there the day of the wedding to oversee the last minute things. She was there at the reception to make sure everything went well. Gabriel Springs offers such value for the price you pay. I was able to use the venue for 5 hours the day before my wedding to rehearse and set everything up and on the day of my wedding everything was perfect, clean, working and just as I had imagined. Gabriel Springs is a gorgeous venue with the choice of outdoor or an indoor wedding. The venue is so gorgeous that decorating can be kept at a minimum because it already has that beautiful rustic look.
This setting was exactly what I was looking for - rustic yet elegant with the ceremony and reception at the same venue. We were also allowed to choose all of our own vendors, with the exception of the bartender, who was very reasonably priced. They also have all the ice you could need on site for an additional VERY fair price. I do wish they would have allowed for a later end time, but I guess it's gotta be over sometime. (sigh)
I booked GS a year before my wedding and before it was even completed. Michelle was awesome throughout the whole time with answers to questions and had some great ideas because of her experience in this profession. I recommend 100%!
As soon as we saw this venue we knew it was the one for us! It is so beautiful inside and out. We had our ceremony outside and the reception inside. The outdoor area is gorgeous and the inside of the building is the perect space. We got ready in the bridal room which is amazing. From the 1st time we visited Gabriel Springs to cleaning up after the reception...we were totally pleased. There is nothing we would change about this location. The outdoor pavillion where we held the ceremony is so beautiful. We added a few white flowers just for that wedding feel. Such a perfect background for the ceremony & the pictures were gorgeous. I'm from the Dallas area and we signed the contract for this venue before it was even built. I went with my instinct and trusted it would be as beautiful as the sister venues. It turned out more gorgeous than I expected and my guests could not stop talking about it. The weather was absolutely perfect and the sunset made it more of a fairytale. Michelle was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend Gabriel Springs!
The venue is beautiful and the staff is very helpful! When I toured it for the first time I had no idea what questions to ask but Michelle provided very detailed information during the tour and then provided more information including a FAQs sheet afterwards. I also appreciated how knowledgeable/ flexible Michelle was about other religions because when I mentioned we were going to have a Jewish wedding she gave me ideas where to put certain objects and also offered sturdy chairs for the lifting of the bride and groom. I had my wedding at Gabriel Springs and have nothing but nice things to say about my experience. It's a great rustic venue that offers the indoor/outdoor combination for ceremony and reception. This is great for a close by reception and is also great in case of bad weather. It is a quick, easy move inside. I thought the price was very reasonable.
