The process leading up to closing was great. However closing took way longer than it should have, almost 3 hours. The documents were incorrect and had to be redone several times.

Lots of confusion working with Terri - mortgage processor. She often already had items from me she requested. Went round and round sometimes. I missed Lisa Stahl. Terri also did not keep me informed and in the loop as well as Lisa. Lisa Beauregard did another great job. I hoped for a lower lower interest rate on my loan, closer to 7%. Almost 7.4% seems high.
