Felt confusing with the transfers of representatives assisting me. I would have like to have better communication on current interest rates. Luckily, my closing contract wasn’t accurate causing a delay. I continued to follow with up with questions about the last 10 days interest rate. I had asked prior on phone and email but never heard back. Thank you Tony for leaving me a phone message. I was happy to hear that my interest rate would float down .2501 percent. The gift card was appreciated .

I think the Moore team should meet there customers. At least 2 sit downs to talk about the procedures. Everything on my loan went fine. Just a suggestion from a customer.

I provided 90% of the documents available within hours of moving my business to you. I was providing new documents through the last week of the application. I understand the need for “overkill“ on information, but had if I weren’t retired, I couldn’t have supported all the requests. This issue could have been improved if your IT system supported the DocuSign and other electronic tools. Your team and I spent hours trying to correct connectivity issues, without senior leaders intervening.

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our document collection process and any issues you encountered with our IT system. We understand that the documentation process can be time-consuming, and we appreciate your efforts in providing us with the necessary information. All went well except for 1 incident. Three weeks after his initial appraisal, and without notice, the appraiser delivered a 2nd appraisal that was 3% lower (-$15,000 difference). This forced me to provide an additional $12,000 in cash at closing. I was willing to "pay a little extra" in terms of interest rate, etc. in exchange for a smooth transaction. The transaction was VERY smooth except for the complete surprise of a 2nd (lower) appraisal.

Not sure where to start but I will make it brief, because it is just going to upset me more by going over everything that happened in the last 8 weeks. The advice I was given in the beginning was what fueled the miscommunication and lack of effort throughout the process. I was more high risk due to credit, but the sale almost fell through multiple times, partially from the intake advice and information I was given. Almost every form given to me to sign had some sort of error and at the very e

Several errors, repeated requests for the same item. Need a checklist so consumers know what they "MIGHT" expect. Felt like they were asking for something else, or more information every day. Double checking forms, especially social security numbers, which were input wrong by team and had to be corrected 3 times, which then required other forms to have to be resigned several times as well and delayed approvals. Communication was good, but errors on something of this nature should not happen.
