They will get your loan closed on time, but expect some communication hiccups which may cause stress.

For the Moore Team to have been more thorough in their due diligence. The fact that this was not done, created more stress on us, the closing company, and the realtor. Even at closing, the Moore Team sent a representative who showed up 10 minutes late for the closing. We decided to use the Moore team because of the rate we were able to get, only to find out last minute it was not as good as other lenders. This was due to the Moore Teams failure to review all the details.

Our first mortgage with you 6 years ago was flawless and a pleasant experience. This go around, not so much. We spoke to 5 or 6 different people, no one seemed to be on the same page. We felt handed off without warning. We supplied the same documents multiple times. I would call and ask a questions, and rather than calling me back someone would call my husband instead. Everything seemed to be more complex than it needed to be.

I did not receive the best rate possible. That interest rates went down, after we locked them in and nobody did anything to keep a better rate.
