The stay was great. Our problem was we were evacuated because fire alarm went off. Dinner the first night was terrific, not so great the second. We had to sit at the bar or wait an hour. The breakfast we had was almost $100 with the tip. Of course during the checkout of the second night's dinner we found the tip had already been included for each meal therefore we didn't understand so it meant we double tipped. We thought the valet parking was included if we stayed at the hotel, but on looking at our bill we seem to be charge... read more

My wife and I found this hotel by luck and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our weekend stay. If you're looking for a clean hotel that is modern minimalistic then this could be your perfect place. Everyone there was super nice from the valet to the frontdesk staff and of course to the bellhop, specifically Henry. He was a pleasure to speak to. We'll definitely be coming back on our next stay to DC!

The hotel was fine and comfortable. The breakfast was awful. We couldn’t pre order breakfast for the morning. Then the avocado toast showed up 45 min late and we nearly missed our train. Oh and two orders of avo toast was over 100$ and incorrect. I was double booked by the Expedia app and charged 580$ twice. When I complained of this, they returned 100$ of it. Expedia cremated me 30$ a day for “resort fee” then the hotel did the same thing when I checked out. That’s another 240$ on top of the 1100$ that should have totaled l... read more

The 5 star ratings are misleading. From the moment I walked into my room, I regretted booking a stay at the hotel. Pros: The staff was friendly and welcoming. Cons: Dirty elevators, sticky floors, and no face towels in the room. I couldn't wait to leave and was very disappointed with my experience.

No amenities. Little dinning options. Noisy area. Limited view .
