Asher and Charles are extremely proactive with their job. When I was out on sales appointments or impatient with something online they were able to take the bull by the horns and handle it. Being hearing impared it is sometimes extremely uncomfortable for me to try to handle all the pre-recorded phone calls with banks, investment firms, etc. They were able to make these phone calls and have it handled for me. That to me goes a long ways with showing how much they care. Great job team!
