Kevin Haynes and Jenny Thacker went above and beyond. Kevin answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly. Both Kevin and Jenny responded to emails and calls in a timely manner. Jenny helped the closing with the seller go smoothly. There were difficulties with the closing office; however, Jenny stayed on top of things, and even went to the closing office in person to make sure a closing date was scheduled. I am truly thankful for Kevin and Jenny.
