I'm impressed overall with Mustang Creek Flower Mound. They care, the food is good, facility is clean. Obviously things aren't perfect because it's a Demential house but in comparison to all other places I'd visited and my parents had stayed, this is significantly better

The staff is exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the residents’ well-being. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Residents receive wonderful care, with plenty of enrichment activities and outings that keep life engaging and fulfilling. Communication with families is clear and reliable, which brings great peace of mind. Most importantly, my mom loves it here—and she’s not easily impressed—so that says everything.

I’d say they should take the time to visit communities and interact with the people there, do their research about payment options, and make sure they can afford things in the long run before selecting a place. MC has been a good fit for my MIL.

They take very good care of my Mom. [name removed] is truly a gem, [name removed] and [name removed] and the rest of the staff are genuinely caring and care for my Mom. Place is clean, food is excellent. Visit as many places as they feel they need to and compare. I think that they will see that there is a true difference.

I would say it is a nice facility but very costly; as are most. Care staff come and go before I learn their names but a few are still in place longer. The facility appears clean. My husband says the food is bad, but he eats it. I have sampled different things on his plate and it tastes fine to me. All of this i hear about other facilities too, so it seems to be a commonality My husband needs help with everything and I do see care staff tending to his needs when I'm there anyway. Everyone outside of and in my mom's house is incredibly helpful and nice. They helped me with what to say to Mom in difficult times. I'm able to text the house manager at anytime. One resident only like PB&J, they always make an effort to be avail to try other things but keeps his food near by. They always try to get Mom involved in activities even when she is not in the mood without undue pressure. I have enjoyed living at Mustang Creek. The staff is kind and the food is wonderful. I have been here since the community opened. The activities are fun and engaging, they offer something for everyone.

I have never been to a long term care community that has shown such enthusiasm and joy in caring for their residents. The campus is beautiful in appearance and the staff is always friendly and eager to help.
