When we moved my Dad into Mustang Creek, we were in a huge bind. His wife unexpectedly went into the hospital (and subsequently died), so we had to move fast. My Dad could not be left on his own in their apartment. Even though he was walking and could (mostly) bathe, shave, and dress himself - with several gentle reminders - he was stool incontinent and unable to prepare his meals or manage other daily tasks. The people there seemed to really care about their residents and wanted to help. The facility was also nice and home feeling. I would recommend.

MCE staff has been so accommodating and helpful in settling him into his new surroundings. He is engaged and participating in the events throughout the week. He feels welcome and the Exec. Director has gone above and beyond in coordinating his medication through the VA and it is going well thus far. Everyone is so nice. I'm impressed overall with Mustang Creek Flower Mound. They care, the food is good, facility is clean. Obviously things aren't perfect because it's a Demential house but in comparison to all other places I'd visited and my parents had stayed, this is significantly better

The staff is exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the residents’ well-being. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Residents receive wonderful care, with plenty of enrichment activities and outings that keep life engaging and fulfilling. Communication with families is clear and reliable, which brings great peace of mind. Most importantly, my mom loves it here—and she’s not easily impressed—so that says everything.

They take very good care of my Mom. [name removed] is truly a gem, [name removed] and [name removed] and the rest of the staff are genuinely caring and care for my Mom.
