Great staff, quaint and top condition. Note rooms REQUIRE climbing 1 or 2 floors of stairs. Be sure to contact hotel staff if you need handicap access. Each room is different. Breakfasts excellent. Foam pillows. Our room was made up only 1 of 3 nights which was not a problem for us. Foam rubber pillows. Excellent breakfasts. We will be back. You should consider booking directly with them to be sure you get exactly what you need. Very accommodating staff. Thanks!

The place is restored and is beautiful. Jennifer, our hostess, was very nice and accommodating. We were checking out before breakfast so she offered to leave coffee & muffins out for us. The only thing I didn't like was there were no curtains on one window in the room and also in the bathroom. Otherwise we loved it.

Very comfortable inn in a nice location next to a marina. Not a good option for those who need food, beverage, retail on the property or close by. Breakfast at 9 may be a little late for some.

Hi, I'm so glad you stayed with us. We can always make arrangements for an earlier breakfast. I did breakfast at 8 for guests this morning. Main Street is two blocks to the right, with 25 plus restaurants, pretty shops and another restaurant Captain Bills is two blocks to the left. All within walking distance...almost everyone delivers. We only serve breakfast. Maybe my response will help further guests, so they see, they totally have other options.
this was by far one of the best bed and breakfasts and even hotels I’ve ever stayed at. This home was built in 1889 and newly renovated to look like something from an HGTV catalogue. The owner is not only kind but a talented chef. Each bedroom is protected by a secure keypad to ensure your belongs are safe. I won’t be staying anywhere else but here the next time I return to Long Island!
