Lovely house in a great location We had a fantastic stay at this very comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Colleen was a superb host, cooking up delicious breakfasts and offering advice on days out. We hope to stay here again sometime.

What a great location and comfortable place to stay. We typically are not B & B fans due to the coziness of rooms to each other and the potential lack of privacy. This place is awesome, the owners gave you your space, amenities like a wonderful 5 star hotel, clean & nice bedding, even snacks & water in each room. Loved our visit and would definitely go back. Thank you!!!

A gem Quiet and lovely! Seamless stay, staff is helpful but let you do your thing. Town is walkable and cute, and the Fire Island ferry is a short hike. Recommending and would happily stay again. Great getaway for those sick of noisy apartments!

This place is so charming and lovely! You won't be disappointed you chose this place! The decor and space is beautiful too! The breakfast was delicious and the company even better! Location to Bayshore and Fire Island Ferries is ideal! We loved it!
