Absolutely amazing experience staying here over Labor Day weekend! The property is beautiful as is the neighborhood, private but close to Main Street and the marina. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and coffee and breakfast in the morning was wonderful, such a perfect start to our days. I cannot thank them enough, highly recommend staying here!!

The room was clean and cozy. The pool was fun. There is a good restaurant right on the water only a short walk from the front door.

Bayshore Beauty House is great as were Coleen n Jenn. Nice pool and grounds. Bed was comfortable and room was very nice. Breakfast varies and made to order. There were 8 other guest and we had homemade muffins, fruit cups and a breakfast taco! 4/5 restaurants down the street at the Marinas and ferry to Fire Island. Just a great location, we will be back. Thanks

We spent one night at this location and our experience is perfect. The location is ideal – it is about 15-20 minutes from the Jones beach and Robert Moses beach and about 1 minute from the Captain Bill seafood restaurant. We were a little bit earlier for check in, but we left our gadgets in the hotel room and went to the beach. When we came back, we found that our room was upgraded which was really nice.
