I went here with my girlfriend while on holiday and had an absolute blast. The place is clean, reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear the range assistant was absolutely brilliant, he was so intimidating and really got the point across about gun safety and operation but he was also very funny and really made the whole experience comfortable and fun for first timers like us. I would definitely recommend checking this place out, I definitely will the next time I find myself in Orlando.
The staff members are friendly , frist time going and the first time my father learn to shoot. One of the staff members teach him how to handle a pistol. Definitely coming back again
Clean facility, friendly staff, nice range. One thing that stood out was the members only lounge and range- this shows a commitment to their members and wanting to provide a nice comfortable space for them.
Second time at this range with my family. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good selection of pistols if you want to rent, and ammo is not outrageously expensive. Haven't shot any long guns there. If Bear (one of their range officers) offers you advice - listen! Five minutes of talking with him improved all of our shot grouping significantly! Will be back!
I went with my husband and I was very unsure about shooting. Bear was extremely understanding and spent time walking me through holding and shooting the gun properly. I feel more confident about using a gun thanks to him. He was very helpful. I will be back for more practice.
Not sure why there has been so many negative reviews. The check in process is seamless and the staff seems courteous and helpful when one needs help. They explicitly state the rules of the range for people wanting to shoot. Some of the rules I don't agree with coming from other ranges, but I understand it's their range and they have their own rules. Love the all day price.
A nice quality range I have shot at many times.... That now does not allow you to shoot 5.7 x 28mm ammo at in their pistol range OR in their rifle range without "qualifying." Their reasoning behind this is that the round "travels too fast for their pistol range and people have wildly shot down cables or target holders in the past." Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that more likely to happen with a high powered handgun that can "get away from you" easier than a Five-seveN which shoots like a 22 Magnum? I've been here a few times, place is very clean, great staff and very helpful, I think their price is the best and their rates are daily rate and not hourly, I'm think about upgrading to get a membership with them, completely worth it, they also have lots of accessories, ammo and guns for sale.
I have visited this range 3 times, my first visit was disappointing, I was spoken to in the most condescending way. Overall one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. the place was so nice, the range so clean, I decided to give a second shot. No issues on my second visit, so I was excited for my third. Let's say this may be the third and last visit from my GF and I.
