I am an experienced avid gun shooter that's goes weekly to straight shoot. This was my first and last time that I will visit Orlando Gunclub due to their poor facilities, false advertising with working air condition units and most importantly the worst customer service I have ever received from any gun store in my life! They were very unapologetic and unconforming to everyone's needs there, they need to get a lesson on customer service since there are many options when it comes to shooting range. I actually waited one hour t... read more
I took a class last week and these gentlemen are a Class A. Went beyond and above of what I was expecting. Very informative and clear. George and the entire crew are a group of gentlemen that are very passionate about what they do. Att.ChefTony
Well where do I start, pulled up to the place and noticed a sign that stated no loaded magazines or firearms in the showroom. So no CCW for me, thought right then it doesnt seem like a gun friendly establishment to me. I understand the saftey of it but when im carrying several thousand dollars worth of firearms you can bet that im gonna have one on me thats loaded. Im surely not going to rely on the police or anyone there to protect me from getting rolled in a parking lot. Go inside and fill out more personal information on ... read more
Me and my girlfriend was in a few weeks ago and the staff was so rude. Place was empty and they told us there would be a wait. Even worse our 2 friends were already there shooting. We asked to uses the lane that was empty right next to them, they said they were to busy to allow that. We asked if we could join them then the young man behind the counter said girlfriend's shirt was not safe ( was the same shirt she wore 2 days before when we first visited. Would not recommend and will never return
First visit here. Registration was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. For anyone who doesn't want to shoot but be spectator or see what it's all about before you decide to shoot or not, you have windows to see right inside the pistol range. Proudly going to represent OGC back home in NY with a t-shirt and stickers! Thanks for the great time! Hope to visit again soon!
This a great spot, good pricing, easy registration system, friendly staff that explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend it.
I made a purchase online and had it shipped to their store for the transfer of ownership. Everything went smooth until I called to verify that item had been delivered to OGC. They told me it wasn't and that I had to fill out a form first. I replied that I didn't have a problem filling anything out but that I had UPS confirmation that it was indeed signed by them. Still they kept arguing with me and kept referring to their FFL transfer form all the while denying the existence of my item being at their shop. Fast forward to to... read more
I have been to this range quite a few times and have always had a positive and enjoyable experience. It is in a very convenient location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The range fees are fair and competitive. The facility is clean and neat. The lanes are well ventilated and adequately lit. The rifle range is 50 yards, most other indoor ranges are 25 yards max.
I've been to a lot of ranges around central Florida and have to say this one left me scratching my head. The place is very clean and modern(you have to sign in on a tablet before being allowed to go out in the range). Their firearm selection is ok, nothing I would brag about. Pricing for the range is fair but if you get there a little while before closing they will rush you to no end and won't even give you a break on the range fee. Their firearm pricing is also higher than most gun shops that I have visited as well as their... read more
