I was on vacation and took my daughter to shoot here for the first time. The facility was very clean, bright, easy to locate off the freeway, and not intimidating for a first time shooter. Every member of the staff was very polite, professional and helpful. The check in process using iPads was easy but I would have preferred a bluetooth keyboard to fill in the forms. Brought my husband here so that he could fire his new gun. The staff was friendly getting us in the door. Once in the range is when it all went downhill. First it was 88* inside in the non-club range side and only 86* with overcast outside. I brought my jacket in thinking it would be cold. They make everyone wear a 'polo collar' shirt ... I get that it's for protection but what's the difference between an unbuttoned polo and a ladies sleeved v-neck t-shirt? They have A/C!! that would be more than enough to make me happy while shooting in comfort but they go above and beyond that with the offers they have as well as their very kind and courteous staff whom are extremely knowledgeable and quite helpful. They take great care of Veterans and I support businesses that take care of Vets .

Went for the first time this weekend, and it wasn't good enough for me to return. Pros: -Range officer and other staff were friendly and helpful Cons: -It. Is. HOT. More so than any other indoor range I've been to. The overhead vent doesn't do crap unless you're directly in the lane. -The lanes are narrow. Maybe not that big a deal, but they put my party of 4 into a single lane. We each had guns & ammo, so it was extremely cramped. I purchased a handgun online and got charged 3 times on my credit card. Also the gun was listed as available and when I contacted the store, they said it would take 5 to 7 days. I haven't received any explanation of these charges that occurred or any apologies for this inconvenience. I would not recommend anyone to order online. So far they're customer service has been short of being great. Thumbs down for this gun shop !!!

Prices here are over the top$$$ too much! plus I decide to come here to try their shooting range. NO AC working. 95 degrees so uncomfortable!! I was so disappointed. You have to clean up empty rounds after your self (which usually a employee would come out and use the shovel anywhere else I've shot) and workers are just standing around talking to each other. First and last time I come here. If I wanted to sweat in 95 degree shooting range. I would had gone in the woods and save my 15 dollar an hour charge

Worst range in Orlando hands down. Some co-workers were planning to get together at a local range as we all enjoy shooting. I called and spoke to an employee who said it would be no problems, and if I wanted to email their info@ address the owner would make sure were were all set when we got there....nothing could be further from the truth. Came here by myself on a Tuesday evening as a first timer to the location. I read some negative reviews on the place in regards to discrimination but I didn't sense any as an asian female. The employee at the front desk guided me to the iPads which is where you register to use the gun range. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Place is a first rate indoor range. Nice selection of firearms and automatic weapon rentals. I recommend the Orlando Gun Club over all the other indoor ranges in the area.
