The headline says it all, and I’m a tough critic. Dr. Minas and his Team are incredible in every way. I will recommend him every time I get a chance. Dr Minas has a comforting bedside manner. Further he took a lot of time to clearly explain my condition and options for treating it.
Dr. Minas and his entire Paley Institute and St. Mary's Hospital team provided the most comprehensive, responsive, and professional care for both my pre-and-post-surgery (total knee replacement). Any time I had a question or concern, his appropriate staff member responded immediately, gathered all relevant information, arranged stop-gap visits with his RN and PT staff when necessary, and even arranged a previously unscheduled visit with Dr. Minas to make sure that no issues were overlooked. He listens! He is the best!
Following an injury to my knee and having been sorely disappointed with the orthopedist I secured initially, I began doing research on where I would receive the best care for my recently injured and arthritic knee. Dr. Minas was recommended to me and all I can say is 'what a difference'. I now have a plan of care for my knee! I feel reassured by the expertise and care of Dr. Minus. I am a female in my 60's and Dr. Minus gave me hope.
Excellent, personalized pre-surgery preparation (exercises, meds, videos, etc.) by Dr. Minas' staff as well as the St. Mary's Hospital staff. Very attentive and thorough pre-and-post surgical care on day of operation and 24-hour follow-up in the hospital. Ward hospitalist and care coordinator were on top of every need and made the transition back home seamless. I simply cannot imagine any areas for improvement.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Minas and his amazing staff! From the moment I stepped into his office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Came back to Dr. Minas for checkup 10 months after first knee replacement and it’s solid. Preparing to have the second knee replacement. I am very confident the second will go as well as the first. WONDERFUL! I was so anxious about my knee replacement surgery. (That is such an understatement!)From Claudette my nurse in preop, my anesthesiologist, (I don't remember recovery), Betty in my room and Krystyn arranging my discharge, all were Marvelous!
