I was referred to The Paley Institute by Dr. Kevin Stone of The Stone Clinic as I require a knee surgery that is complex - not your standard total knee replacement. I live in Washington State. I had a virtual consult with Dr. Tom Minas on 3-25-2025. Dr. Minas came across as very caring. He listened to me. He was very knowledgeable about the surgery I need and the full treatment needed and shared it in understandable detail. Dr Minas performed a full knee replacement on my left leg this morning. Outpatient surgery at the PB International Surgery Center in West Palm Beach. Excellent experience with the staff and nurses. They explained everything as we progressed through check in and IV hookup and anesthesia protocol. Waking up in recovery was pleasant and I was headed home within an hour or so. I had a total knee replacement by Dr Minas at the Paley Inst. in West Palm Beach on Nov 20 2024. Excellent guidance throughout. I could put full weight on my leg immediately following surgery. I used crutches for 2 days, then walked without. Therapy is proceeding very well. I appreciate the knee scan for a fitted replacement, quality material in replacement, and the superb efficiency of Dr Minas's office staff - communication is timely and flawless.

The headline says it all, and I’m a tough critic. Dr. Minas and his Team are incredible in every way. I will recommend him every time I get a chance.
