Was extremely pleasant feeling, people were so polite, positive, kind and made you feel at home. Nurse Kimberly was fantastic she was so wonderful and had a great sense of humor, the checkin nurses were kind and very informative of my surgery exactly what was going to be done. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Dr. Minus’s nurse was extremely pleasant, asked appropriate questions and actually assesed my knee issues thoroughly. Dr Minus was also quite thorough and and answered every question I could think of at the time. I have huge amount patient anxiety and Dr Minus made eye contact with me, explained all procedures and gave me reassurance while I had both of my knees injected. First or two surgeries completed today. I am blown away by Dr. Minas, his team, the Paley Institute and St. Mary’s Medical Center. From the time arrived to right now as I spend my night here at the hospital, I have had an incredible experience. Amazing. This was the most efficient, professional, and effective medical visit in my 80 year life. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Minas and his team and I left feeling so happy that Dr Minas will be doing my surgery. I felt cared about and confident that I have a great doctor who will do a great job on my hip replacement surgery. It was a good meeting with everyone involved.
