Verified Renter the palms i love the community ,living here for 16 yrs and recomend to lots of people ,though the community changes and people left ,got oppertunity to leave i turned it down ,why ?I just love it here maintainance people and company changes ,sandpiper is very quite and convience to every thing. THANKS

Misleading I lived here and do not let the photos fool you this is not how they look right now maybe after there done with remodeling but not right now they are no were near that nice
