Verified Renter Great community. Have lived here for past 9 yrs. Very safe, have not heard of any crimes. Problem renters who do not follow common sense rules are removed from apartments. Great!!! Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Only wish they could stock the beautiful lake on premises. Heard from neighbor that the renovations of apartments are beautiful.

Verified Renter The Management at the Palms are very kind and helpful. I have only been here for a month, but the repairs needed have been completed in a timely fashion. It can use some upgrades like a exercise facility, but over all it seems nice.
