Verified Renter My stay at Sandpiper was very well . I stayed in a 1 bedroom and then transferred into a 2 bedroom which management made very convenient and easy . They only thing i would change about my stay would be my AC was always broken , i think they just need to put new ones in very unit .But my stay was great for the most part , office people were always very nice and there to help .
Verified Renter I been here at Sandpiper many year and there was many change and , I feel that these change Sandpiper make now are great the outside look great the pool is look great and it a very great place to live .
Verified Renter I believe Sandpy is a lovely community but it needs little things like the insulation to be checked and the a/c units to be properly maintained.
Verified Renter The complex is beautiful and the staff is always friendly and do an amazing job with helping you with anything you need. Very family and pet friendly environment. We love living here!
Sanpiper Apartments Well efficient with presentation throughout the complex and everyone I have met so far is quite friendly.
Poorly Managed the staff here are very unprofessional, property is very poorly taken care of.
Verified Renter I moved here because of the pool. It's constantly broken and management has no idea when it will be repaired. I'm very disappointed

Verified Renter I always had a problem with the walls of the bedroom same with the air conditioning. Pay a lot of money for a small apartment. If you want to star, go live over there, but if is permanent, I suggest to look for another place.
Verified Renter The workers are very friendly,and try to do the best they can,considering that there are not many to do the work..... Too much work for too little workers.... The old apartments are soo old ,that lots of issues,like plumbing come up and it's no fun at all
